Kenneth J. Lemm

As president of the firm, Kenneth Lemm manages the
business operations of Land Plus Associates. Additionally, he provides
comprehensive site and master planning and project management services
for the firm's land planning projects. In 1985, he and professional
associate, Alec Michaelides, formed Land Plus Associates and the two
soon developed an outstanding reputation as land planners and landscape
architects. Their signature master planning efforts include land plans
and comprehensive development designs for entrance features and amenity
areas for notable residential, commercial and resort communities.
Prior to forming Land Plus more than 20 years ago, Ken
worked with a number of significant firms involved in site planning,
engineering and landscape architecture for numerous large-scale
recreational, resort and residential properties throughout the southeast
and abroad. He began his professional career with Franzman Davis and
Associates and among other projects, was responsible for the master site
plan for a golf-resort community in Caracas, Venezuela. He later worked
for Harris Engineering and Fairfield Communities as master planner for
private single and multi-family residential communities in Atlanta and
the southeast.
A member of the American Society of Landscape
Architects, Ken holds the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and holds professional
registration in Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and
Kentucky. He also holds certification as a Level II Certified Design
Professional from the Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission.
